Let me start by saying that I am so blessed by each and every one of you who have committed your time to pray! Thank you for praying that God’s kingdom would come and that His will would be done. Thank you for praying for the lost to hear the radical message of Good News that Jesus brings. Thank you for praying for our mission of One More. Thank you for praying for our church and for all the churches that preach His word in the Islands. Thank you for praying for the ministries and volunteers and staff of the Vineyard, and, thank you so much for your prayers for me.
Vineyard Prayer Team Update July 9-10 2011 from Preaching In Shorts on Vimeo.
I hope that we can communicate better with one another through this new prayer team website/blog. I will try and have a prayer team update posted here each weekend. Please leave any comments, questions, prayer requests, etc. you have in the comment fields below. You can reach this site any time from the home page of our website at keysvineyard.com. Once you are there, just look for the Vineyard Prayer Teams banner on the right hand side of the site. Click on that and it will bring you straight here.

I love that I can click into this part of the website and be encouraged as a Prayer Warrior! I am honored and truly blessed to be a part of this ministry, Pastor Steve, and although I always leave Janet and my little “cubby” with a feeling of Joy in standing in prayer with our church family, I have to say that I was walking on air all day on Sunday at being a part of walking a woman INTO the Kingdom of God. I have to say that I was standing in for Debbie with Linda at the time and we could barely speak because we were grinning so much. And later, when I talked to her about it, we realized that we both thought that maybe we didn’t “do it just right” … funny how the evil one will sneak in and try to spoil such a delightful moment!!! We are SURE that the woman knew what she was doing and that our prayer that Jesus be her Lord and Savior was “enough” … and now, next time it happens, we won’t be so “overwhelmed” at the AWESOMENESS of the moment.
When God uses us to lead someone through the prayer it is indeed an awesome experience! I am blessed for you and Linda both and I know that you did it “just right” because every time will be a little different! And next time, you will still probably be just as overwhelmed because it is always so awesome. Even the angels rejoice every time someone steps into the Kingdom!
